This is a one-day training event for pastors and leaders offering a revolutionary yet simple methodology for becoming a church with a faith at home focus. This event provides an overview of Faith at Home ministry, why it could be important for your church, and some starting points to begin.
What is a "faith at home focus?"
A faith at home focus for your church is not so much about a specific program or ministry to launch, but about a strategy to integrate throughout all the ministries of the church. The end goal is for every ministry of the church to consider their role in equipping the home to be the primary place where faith is lived and nurtured. The home is "MISSION ONE."
The Leadership Boot-Camp is designed for ministry teams to work together in mapping out how their church will incorporate the Faith at Home strategy. Practical and tangible tools will be provided to help your team put together a plan. It is best if you can bring together a team of leaders including Senior/Lead Pastor, and pastors and staff who lead in children's ministry, youth ministry, adult ministry and oversight boards (elders, deacons).
Your church will have the opportunity to take the next step in becoming Faith at Home focused and gain practical ideas and insights into how you can more effectively impact homes in your community.
Spin-off benefits include growing together as a team as you work on something together, developing a simple yet compelling church vision document based on your church's existing plans, and connecting with like-minded church leaders from your region.
